Insurance Hub

The 2 AM Test

It's 2 AM. Papa is being admitted. Do you have the policy number?

Insurance Hub puts your family's health insurance on one emergency card — policy numbers, cashless status, helplines, preferred hospitals. One tap. Works offline after you open it once.

No agents. No spam calls.

How it works

Set up once. Pass the 2 AM Test every time.

  1. Add your family's policies

Pick the insurer and plan, enter the policy number, cover amount, and room entitlement. Takes a few minutes per policy.

  2. Link parents, spouse, and kids

Family floaters and individual covers sit together, so each person sees the policies that actually cover them.

  3. Open the emergency card when it matters

One tap for policy numbers, cashless status, helplines, and preferred hospitals — shareable with family, usable offline.

What you get on the emergency card

Survival-minimum details for Indian health insurance — nothing you have to scroll a policy PDF to find at the hospital.

  • Policy number & cover amount

The details the admissions desk asks for first.

  • Insurer helpline & cashless status

Call the right number without digging through PDFs.

  • Preferred & network hospitals

Where to go, plus links to in-network hospital locators.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about Insurance Hub and family health cover in an emergency.

Where do I find the policy number in an emergency?
Insurance Hub keeps every family policy number on one emergency card. Open the app (or a shared link), pick the person being admitted, and the number is ready to show the hospital desk — even offline after you've opened the card once.
What is a family floater, and can I track one here?
A family floater is one sum insured shared across parents, spouse, and kids. You can add floater policies, list who is covered, and show that cover on each member's emergency card the way the policy actually works.
Does this work for cashless hospital admission?
Yes. Each policy can store cashless status, the insurer helpline, in-network hospital links, and your preferred hospitals — so you know who to call and where to go when minutes matter.
Is Insurance Hub an insurance company or agent?
No. Insurance Hub is a free family organizer. We don't sell policies, we don't call you with offers, and we don't hand your number to insurers for cold outreach.
Can the rest of my family see the emergency card?
You can share policies with a family group, or create a read-only public emergency card link for WhatsApp. Only the survival-minimum details needed at the hospital desk are shared — not your full account.
Does the emergency card work without internet?
After you open your emergency card online once, a copy is cached on your phone so the policy numbers and helplines stay available if the network drops at the hospital.
